By accessing or using Norflock ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service. These Terms apply to all users, including visitors and registered users.

2. Description of the Service

Norflock helps users analyze their email footprint and send data reclaim or deletion requests to online services. The Service integrates with Gmail using Google OAuth for access to metadata only — no message content is read or stored.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By using Norflock, you represent that you meet this requirement.

4. Account Registration

You may need a Norflock account to access certain features. You agree to provide accurate information and maintain the security of your credentials.

5. Use of Gmail Integration

By connecting your Gmail account, you grant Norflock permission to access email metadata (sender address, subject line, timestamps) for analysis.

Norflock does not read, store, or share email content. Data is processed securely and deleted after processing.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use Norflock to send spam or unauthorized messages
Reverse-engineer or interfere with the Service
Misuse OAuth or attempt to access data of other users
Violate any applicable laws or regulations

7. Payment & Subscription

Some Norflock features may be available only through paid plans. Pricing and billing terms will be disclosed at purchase. All payments are handled securely through third-party processors (e.g., LemonSqueezy).

8. Data Reclaim Requests

When sending data reclaim or deletion emails, Norflock acts as an intermediary tool. The user is solely responsible for the content and accuracy of those requests.

9. Intellectual Property

All materials, logos, and content of the Service are the property of Norflock. You may not use them without prior written consent.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Service at any time for violation of these Terms or misuse of the system.

11. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is." Norflock makes no warranties regarding accuracy, availability, or fitness for a particular purpose.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Norflock shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Service.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after updates constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
