The Neighbourhood Finder uses your priority sliders to calculate weighted match scores for each neighbourhood. It considers safety, affordability, amenities, air quality, and livability scores, then ranks neighbourhoods based on how well they match your preferences.

We use comprehensive neighbourhood analysis data from verified sources including crime statistics, housing market data, amenities databases, air quality monitoring stations, and livability metrics. All data is regularly updated to ensure accuracy.

Match scores are calculated using a weighted formula: each neighbourhood's scores for safety, affordability, amenities, air quality, and livability are multiplied by your corresponding priority weights (0-100) and summed together. Higher match scores indicate better alignment with your preferences. The tool finds neighbourhoods with the nearest matching values to your priorities, so you don't need exact matches.
